Privacy statement

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This statement explains how Stradiq BV processes personal data when you visit stradiq.com or contact us.

Who is responsible?

Stradiq BV, Steenakkerstraat 11, B-3630 Maasmechelen, Belgium. Company number: BE 0478.678.865. Privacy enquiries: tom@stradiq.com or +32 495 65 98 42.

Enquiries and contact

When you email or call us, we process your name, contact details and information you provide to respond, prepare a quotation or discuss an assignment. We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in maintaining business contacts. You decide what to provide; without necessary contact and assignment details, we may be unable to handle your enquiry.

Technical data and retention

Our hosting provider may record technical data, including IP addresses, visit times and browser information, to operate and secure the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website. These data are retained no longer than necessary for technical administration, security and incident investigation. Contact details and correspondence are retained as needed to handle and follow up your enquiry or assignment, taking account of legal retention requirements and the handling of potential disputes.

Cookies and images

The website itself does not set cookies and includes no analytics tools or advertising trackers installed by Stradiq. Images are loaded from our own hosting. Displaying these images does not connect your browser to an external image service.

Service providers and international processing

We use external providers for hosting and email, which may process the personal data needed for those services. We aim to process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Cloud and software services may involve processing outside the EEA. In that case, we ensure a valid basis for the transfer and appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or European standard contractual clauses. Contact tom@stradiq.com for details of the relevant safeguards and how to obtain a copy.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact tom@stradiq.com. We normally respond within one month and explain any legally permitted extension. This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Complaints and changes

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your country of residence. This statement may change as the website or processing changes. The date above indicates the latest update.
